Apparel Industry Outreach is an educational program within the framework of Cornell Cooperative Extension. The mission is to advance the competitive position of New York State's apparel and sewn products industry by developing and delivering educational programs and facilitating access to industry education and cooperation.  The program strives to facilitate technical assistance and applied research projects between faculty in the Department of Textiles and Apparel at Cornell University in Ithaca and apparel firms.

Suzanne Loker, Professor of Textiles and Apparel at Cornell University, directs Apparel Industry Outreach with the support of Fran Kozen, Extension Associate.
